I was really astounded at the message. I think people here in the Philippines will feel sad and discriminated about this.
It says "We Do Not Offer Services To The Philippines Due To Repeated Issues With Their Lack of Integrity & Spamming (In other words they're a bunch of lying and stealing assholes)"
