Bared to You

By Sylvia Day
Publisher: Berkley Trade

"Gideon Cross came into my life like lightning in the darkness... "

He was beautiful and brilliant, jagged and white-hot. I was drawn to him as I'd never been to anything or anyone in my life. I craved his touch like a drug, even knowing it would weaken me. I was flawed and damaged, and he opened those cracks in me so easily...
Gideon "knew. "He had demons of his own. And we would become the mirrors that reflected each other's most private wounds...and desires. The bonds of his love transformed me, even as i prayed that the torment of our pasts didn't tear us apart...

My Review:

At first the reason I read this book because their was a great deal of buzz about the similarity between Bared to You and Fifty Shades of Grey.  Sylvia Day already commented with the similarities and said that she was inspired to write this book based on her earlier book (Seven Years to Sin).

I really enjoyed watching the book.

The book is about how each of them will overcome their traumatic experience. I really like it when Gideon does something stupid and selfish, he makes sure that there is a reason behind and he will make up for it.

Gideon in the story was dominating and he was kind of person that isn't always sure how to properly handle Eva's feelings. He has a dark secret that I think will be revealed in the next book.

Eva is the type who routinely runs away from her feelings. They want to be together but they were afraid to be in each other arms.

Eva and Gideon were both the possessive and jealous type.

On the latter part, they make sure that they will surpass everything that will come in their way.

Bared to You is an erotic romance book and is extremely sexy. A must read!

“I’ve always seen you, angel. From the moment you found me, I’ve seen nothing but you.”

“He was the kind of guy that made a woman want to rip his shirt open and watch the buttons scatter along with her inhibitions.”

“I can't go long without you either, Eva. You're an addiction...my obsession...”
